How long after whiplash can I see a chiropractor?

Current symptoms still require a current evaluation

Bring the story of the crash and any records you have. Add the symptom timeline and the care you already got. Note what you still cannot do. Time alone does not prove what caused current symptoms.

The MedlinePlus whiplash overview(opens in a new tab) notes that some symptoms are slow to appear, which is one reason a later visit can still be worth making.

Is it too late if weeks have passed?

Only a hands-on exam can answer whether care fits now. Be honest about the time gap and other events.

What if symptoms recently worsened?

New or worsening nerve, head, chest, or severe symptoms need fast medical care.

Will a chiropractor prove the crash caused my pain?

The clinician records history and findings. Cause and legal questions need more proof and are not guaranteed.
